Report to 2008 AGM
In February, the Eelgrass Working Group is planning to sponsor a joint meeting
of the USEPA New England Eelgrass Working Group and the BoFEP working group. The
meeting will be hosted by the Gulf of Maine Council. In the next fiscal year,
the proceedings from the joint session will be published.
Also the Working Group will participate in a DFO Regional Assessment (RAP) in
March.

"Status, Trends, and Conservation of Eelgrass in the Northeast"
A workshop on the Status, Trends, and Conservation of Eelgrass in
northeastern United States and Canada will be held February 24-25, 2009,
at the Regency Hotel in Portland, Maine.
